Ramada Encore by Wyndham Guadalajara Sur

Excellent location and I was really surprised with the Saturday brunch that was included with the stay. It was a very widespread that had delicious food.

The hotel is very clean and helps you to feel very safe. The breakfast is great providing some staples and then a good rotating variety, their staff is so attentive and helpful. From the hotel staff at the front desk (Imelda who was great at keeping our group together), housekeeping to the excellent Capitan at in the dining area, so attentive so helpful. The location is great outside the back patio are a movie theater and various restaurants to choose from. Its a shopping mall with trendy restaurants so its not cheap but it is convenient. The hotel itself is clean, accommodating and helpful perfect for a family stay. There is a safe in the room and the cable selection is very wide also they have lots of outlets. We were on the 6th floor very quiet and walls are reasonable thick. Beds were comfortable with wide pillow selection. The location is very convenient adjacent to shops, gas stations and restaurants. The room was large, the bathroom has a walk in shower.

Close to the event and the continental breakfast was delicious.

For Americans traveling in Mexico, this is a great hotel. The staff is excellent. The location is in a collection of restaurants with a movie theater. The free breakfast is extensive ( they will cook your eggs to order). It is extremely safe. The rooms are comfortable and modern but not elegant. A perfect travelers hotel.
